Why “first round”?
It is highly likely that AG Yost will reject the first round of 1000+ signatures. Even if we turned in everything exactly perfectly and there were no issues with any signatures, he is likely to be obstructionist.
Every time he is obstructionist, there will be a flood of negative press against him and more people drawn toward this cause as a result.
If you do not get to sign on this round, there will be either another round of 1000+ signatures or starting on the 250K+ signatures needed.
You will get to sign! Please do not be deterred by the events being limited in location right now. The only reason events are not widely across the state with the 1000+ signature push is because the turn around is so fast.
Once we get to the 250K+ collection, we will have regional petition captains across the state and there will be more events across the state for collection.
